A retreat designed to help you embrace the season and reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling renewed. Join us for a day of rejuvenation featuring yoga, meditation, a nourishing lunch, and the cosy comfort of a warm fire. Date: Saturday 22nd of February Time: 10am-2pm What to expect: Morning meditation - Begin your day by setting a calm and mindful tone. Yoga - Enjoy a gentle but invigorating yoga session designed to awaken and align the body. Break - We’ll take a break with a warm drink, snacks, and friendly conversation, offering a chance to connect with others and enjoy the moment. Guided Meditation - Bringing you deeper into a state of relaxation and mindfulness. Gentle Yoga - let your body unwind with a nurturing yoga session, perfect for releasing tension. Lunch - We’ll gather around the camp-fire for a relaxed lunch and chat, a perfect opportunity to reflect on the morning’s practice & enjoy the community atmosphere.
