About Me
Hi, I'm Mila, I'm a Mum of three and have been teaching yoga fo a few years now, having graduated from Bath’s Academy for Yoga Training. To me, yoga isn't just about doing the postures and working towards the physical benefits (which are many), it's so much more, and I like to include breath work and meditation in my classes too. I want the mental and physical benefits of yoga to be felt by all and I encourage anyone and everyone to take up the practice. I respect that every body is different and always include modifications in my classes, as well as encourage people to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace. Being a Mum, I know how physically and mentally demanding life can be, but I also know how the tools of yoga can be taken off the mat and support you in your every day lives. I'm also passionate about learning all about the history and philosophy of yoga, sharing this knowledge with others, and incorporating it into my classes.
